We really enjoyed our stay! The comfy bed was a highlight, and the vast selection of tea and coffee made us feel right at home. playing pool for just £1 was such a fun touch! I'd definitely stay here again.

Location close to the pier and Blackpool Tower. Nearby pubs and shops made exploring the area convenient.
Bedding fabric felt alarmingly thin and had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was marred by black mould, and I even had to bring my own cleaner after asking for help. Carpets looked like they hadn't been touched by a vacuum in ages, with stains that made me question if I'd stepped into a crime scene. The window opener was positioned near the ceiling, leaving me unable to get fresh air. The toilet was awkwardly cramped, and the shower couldn't decide on its temperature. With a mattress that felt like a deflated airbed and a bloodstain on the duvet cover, my comfort was far from guaranteed. To top it off, there was a hefty layer of dust on the ceiling fan that I was too wary to use.

The room was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed that made for a good night's sleep. There was a TV with plenty of channels, and lots of tea and coffee provided. The shower was hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. It did the job overall, but could use a little improvement.

The quadruple room provided ample space and comfort, making it perfect for a family. Ann and Nigel's hospitality was remarkable. they made us feel welcome and even engaged in friendly pool matches with my son. The location was also excellent, allowing us to explore the area easily. I did notice a lack of grilled vegetables on the menu during our stay, and it would be nice to have had more seating options in the bar. the experience was delightful and left us wanting to return.

Friendly vibes and great location
Stayed here for a night and the lady running the place was super nice, even texted us to let us check in early! The room was basic but had some tea and toiletries, which was a nice touch. Location is perfect, just a hop away from Coral Island. Only thing, the shower coulda used a bit more hot water.

The location stood out. just a short walk to central pier and other attractions. The room felt clean, and the beds were comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day. Staff members were friendly and approachable, which added to the pleasant vibe. there were issues too. Noise disturbances from nearby activities were distracting during the night. Some areas in the room could improve with better cleaning. Small details like that would enhance the experience a lot.

Perfect spot for families seeking value
I had a lovely time here the couple running the place Ann & Nigel really made us feel like family they even played pool with my son Ben like it was his birthday and the beds were super comfy I think I could sleep for a week in those beds
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but given the experience it’s still acceptable

The hospitality at this place was exceptional thanks to the warm hosts who genuinely cared for their guests. The room was clean and comfortable, but the fan didn't work well and we had some trouble with the bathroom door. great value for a budget stay.
